Feed your brain…
Nurse-Family Partnership is an evidence based, non-profit nurse home visiting program that is free for eligible women who are pregnant with their first baby. Clients are paired with a registered nurse who is with them in pregnancy through their child’s second birthday. The nurse provides the support, advice, and information they need to have a healthy pregnancy, a healthy baby, and be the best mom they can.
At this Smart Lunch, you will learn Nurse-Family Partnership Program eligibility guidelines, how to refer to the program, the support new moms receive by participating, and how the baby’s father and other family members can participate.
