Your little one will have all kinds of fun while working on coordination, body awareness, and basic tumbling skills. Appropriate for ages 1-5 years. An adult must be present for children younger than 3 or for any child who is not independent.

Prenatal Education: Pain in Labor

This class will cover practical applications of coping techniques to use in labor, how to reframe how we think about pain in labor, and the best techniques to achieve a calm birth experience. We will explore all options available to you for all birth environments (hospital, birth center, home). 

Parents and expectant parents welcome.
