Prenatal Education with Samantha Reinhardt - Stages of Labor

This class will discuss the different stages and phases of labor. We will explore all the signs of each phase as well as techniques to help labor progress and best ways to stay comfortable. We explore how to know when it is time to go to the hospital/birth center and give you tools and tips on how to be confident in your stage of labor. Taught by certified Doula and childbirth educator Samantha Reinhardt.

We will be examining post-partum, how everyone is different and what is normal versus not normal. Learn about post-partum anxiety, depression and psychosis and their warning signs and resources to help you. We will also discuss the practical sides of post-partum and knowing how to best care for your child, make time for yourself with a baby, and how to continue to be your best self so you can be the best parent you can be!

Prenatal Education with Christina McCabe - Lactation Education

This interactive lactation class will cover the basics of the anatomy & physiology of breastfeeding & lactation. You will gain a foundation in infant latch & oral anatomy. You will learn breastfeeding positions & know how to determine if you baby is eating enough.
